DuckyHQ is an organization that focuses on making unique, free and open-source software, such as design systems, templates, and apps.
Past
DuckyHQ used to be dukc's personal brand, and website. But it didn't make much sense for an organization to be dukc's brand, and it felt too corporate. So dukc split off, but he still runs DuckyHQ. DuckyHQ started dukc's design journey with HQLauncher, which evolved into HQDesign, and then MorphUI.
Origins
All the way back, dukc started his first city. It was called Ducky City, and he also created an office building, containing a "core", and other high-tech futuristic stuff. It was named DuckyHQ, this is where the name came from for this organization. Now we're kind of stuck with this name. That city was destroyed, and then dukc kept on building new cities, until it died down. This was the start of dukc's passion for gaming and city design, and then that stuff split off into Alive.
